Hello,

my name is Heinz Rathjen and I was born in 1975.

At the age of 6 I built my first model, a plastic kit from Revell from the local stationery store.

Since then, with an interruption in my youth, I have not let go of model making - both professionally, I'm a designer, and privately. What I enjoy most is researching and trying things out, and of course the way to the finished model.

For my hoarding, I needed a presentation area, the Butzweiler Hof hangar. That brought me, initially as a customer, to Modellbau-Laser CUT and thus to Matthias.

I am happy to have met the right person at the right time and to use it to construct what I myself enjoy so much. I very much hope that this joy and interest in the models is visible. If there is a reason for complaint or for improvements, I look forward to your feedback.
